Need help finishing a house plan

We bought our land 4+ years ago and since then we have been searching for the perfect house plan. We have not found the perfect fit for us so we have been playing around with the idea of combining aspects of our favorite plans.
This is what we have so far... What we still need to add to the plan is:
- jack and jill style bedroom/bathroom (probably at the front of the house)
- LARGE mudroom with cubbies and a key drop
- walk-in closet off the mudroom (not necessary but nice)
- small laundry area
- power bathroom
- angled (angle can be adjusted different than the picture) rear entry 3 car garage with extra storage space/workbench
- stairs to the basement (not a focal point of the home, probably near garage)

Any help/ideas would be appreciated! Thank you! -Mary

You want the laundry accessible Only through the master bedroom, bath, and closet? When you need a repairman or a new machine, he is walking through all of that. So are your kids, (caregivers, cleaning lady, if you have them), mother-in-law, mother, sister. Think again.

One of the things (item #4) that I was asking for help on adding to the plan was a small laundry room on the left side of the home. The master laundry area is just for my husband and me. Also worth noting is that we are in our late 20s/early 30s and do not have children (other than a great dane and beagle) nor are we planning any either. I understand the need for another small laundry area for guests, etc which is why it is on the list to add to the plan.
