| Currently working to fit my new construction into budget. House plan has a large daylight basement. Two options fit into my budget:
1) Stucco basement walls and rest of foundation and finish exterior with Alcoa Structure Vinyl
or
2)Fully brick basement and rest of foundation and downgrade vinyl to contractor grade.
Which option makes the most practical sense?
