I've seen a few posts on here from people who have used this type of siding but most of the posts are a few months old and I was wondering if anyone has any recent pictures or info. We plan on using this siding on the house that we recently started building in mid-Missouri.

I've looked at many FC 'fake shakes' and I prefer Nichiha's over the others but I'm having a difficult time getting pricing info. I have spoken to Nichiha and was given one quote for $17.50 per board from a lumber company in St. Louis. I'm waiting for pricing from my local lumber yard but they have never heard of the product so it's taking a long time for them to get their info.

For those that have used this product are you still happy with your choice?
