Narrow lot floor plan feedback?

We've been planning a new build for the last year and have spent a lot of time lurking and reading on this site for great tips. Now we'd to have some feedback on our plan. Debating whether we should have vaulted ceiling in living room, thoughts? Meeting with architect in a few weeks.
