| I was hoping that some of you could post pictures of your fireplaces. I am going to put a gas fireplace in the corner of our family room with an entertainment center next to it along the wall. I would really appreciate some ideas. |

| Well, here's mine. We salvaged this one out of a building that my MIL owned. Was originally a bank, built around the turn of the century. It was a disaster when we got it but it refinished well. Problem is DW says it's going with us if we move. Duhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. And yes that bust on the mantle is me. :-)

| This is what a fireplace looks like when you designed it to hold a 52" plasma and 1 year later you are still waiting for the price to go down on the %*#$ t.v. That's what I get for not using credit cards. That's o.k. I'm a very patient lady!! |
