'you have won' scam(this time it's 12 million!!)

| I got a scam from South Africa- at least that is where they say they are from... You know the spiel- 'we want you to know you have won 12 million...blah blah blah.. I saw on tv in the past that they wanted people who got these to contact someplace so they can investigate these things- but I don't have a clue who to contact. Anybody know?? Thanks |
