Frank Betz - Heritage Pointe

I came to this forum quite a few months ago looking to find out if anyone had built the Frank Betz Heritage Pointe plan. At the time, I could not find anyone who had. Since that time, my wife and I moved forward with it and wanted to share our experiences to help anyone else who might be looking to build it. You can follow our construction progress at http://greganddenise.net.

Feel free to contact me with any questions and good luck with your own construction!

What an organized soul you are! Thank you for sharing your blog. It is very interesting and I love reading it. Look forward to updates because it is going to be a beautiful home. FWIW, I think you did the smart thing by buying the extra 3 acres. My DH would love to get his hands on that Bobcat for our property LOL!

Good luck with your build--may the process be smooth and actually enjoyable!

Has anyone built the Altamonte house by frank betz? My husband and I are seriously considering this plan but would love to hear from anyone who has already built it. Thanks so much!
