Floor Plans for 3000 sq foot lake house w/ kitchen on 2nd floor?

Newbie here, posting to see if anyone knows of a great floorplan for a 3000 square foot home on a lake. It's a Florida house, so no daylight basement or partial basement available, just a slab. We're hoping for an open floorplan, with a great/grand room on the second story (incorporating large kitchen, casual eating area, and living area). No formal dining room or additional living area needed, just bedrooms, bathrooms, an office, and plentiful closets/ storage.

I've done a lot of web searches but haven't found anything I love yet. I saw someone posted a gorgeous house on here that was on a lake with expansive views. I'd love some suggestions if anyone wants to share.

Thanks in advance for your help,

I have only stumbled onto one plan somewhat similar to what you describe. It's by Spitzmiller and Norris but it is actually a beach house.

Here is a link that might be useful: Beach House
