Hello,

We are looking at the possibility of building. Budget will be a big consideration. We don't want fancy, but do need a few things.

* One level (might possibly have basement)
* 3 bedrooms (decent size as our children will share)
*want lower drawers only in kitchen with large walk-in pantry
*Want some kind of entry/foyer (don't want to walk right into the living spaces
* homeschool rm/office
*9-10 ft ceilings (want light bright feeling)

Here are my modifications: very rough, no windows added or kitchen/baths worked out.

We'd like a long porch across the front and the back.
