Building a home in WA in June - Layout & Elevation

So, we are building a bit of a unique home near a lake in northern Washington this coming June. I will post the plans and elevation here for thoughts. I might need to do multiple posts for my million questions...but, lets start with the plans and elevation! We are on a budget, so we are very concerned with saving money while still getting our big "wants" and "needs", so layout is HUGE. The right "wing" of the house to the right of the exercise room is an in-laws suite and the left wing is our home. Give me your thought and tell me what issues in any capacity you see that I might need to think over, please!?
