| Had the best Manhattan where the cherries were in Cognac. The bartender said you can purchase them but are hard to find. Also you can make your own. I have looked on the net and have found nothing, does anyone know where you can purchase these or know of a recipe to make your own. Thanks, Bill |

| Dump the juice out of a bottle of marischino cherries.....drain well and fill with cognac. Also try making your manhatten with brandy.....that's the way they do it in Winsconsin. Linda C |
