Lemonade/lemon juice, I'm over thinking this one...

My recipe calls for 1 cup orange juice then 1/2 cup lemon juice, they mean from concentrate right and not lemonade? Right? Here I go again, from a lemon or Real Lemon? Lemonade is never called lemon juice, is it? Yep, it's crunch time for me and am totally not ready.

Okay, you asked your question on 12/21, so I am assuming we are way past crunch time, but for the record.

No, lemonade is never called lemon juice.

If they call for lemon juice, you can get it from a lemon or have the RealLemon folks do it for you. Fresh squeezed will taste a little brighter (think fresh squeezed orange juice vs. the stuff from the jug) - how much that matters depends on the other flavors you have going on.

Hope your recipe was a success!

You want a real lemon.
