Pouring Sodas From Cans

| I found that when pouring a soda out of a can, rotating the can counter clockwise a quarter turn so the liquid is coming out at 3:00 instead of 6:00, it comes out a little bit faster. |

| Eric, thanks for my laugh of the day... do you mean that you can't possibly wait that extra second or two for the soda to pour out? Your Dr. might want to prescribe something to ease that anxiety. LOL! But you are right if you do that you allow air to enter the empty space in the can and prevent any vacuum, however slight, from forming in the can. Come to think of it... I'll use your tip whenever I pour a beer. |
