Russian tea w/ tang

| Does anyone have the recipe for Russian tea. I believe it's Nestea instant tea and tang. Anything else and what measurements do you use? |

| I always made my Russian Tea using 1/2 instant tea, 1/2 Tang and then adding cinnamon to taste. I have tasted it with other spices, but can't remember what they were off the top of my head. |

From Southern Living (Christmas 1998)
2 cups orange-flavored breakfast beverage crystals
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup intant tea
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground cloves
1 (.31 ounce) package unsweetened lemon-flavored drink mix
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Store in airtight container. To serve, place 2tbs mix in cup or mug. Add 3/4 cup of boiling water, stirring well. yeild 4 cups mix or 32 servings. MY own OPINION... this receipe can be made using sweetened, lemon flavored tea mix -- then add the tang and spices! I hope this helps. |

1c tang
1/3 lemonade pre sweetened
1/4 sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 grd gloves
this is the one I use great |
