Hot Cocoa and Coffee Beverage

Tasted this at a craft fair - very yummy. Vendor advised that it contained cocoa mix, instant coffee, and creamer. But, didn't give proportions - wanted to sell the product. Does anyone have recipe for this. Would be great to serve around the holidays.
