From webtender.com. This is called a Florida Pina Colada

Ingredients:
3 oz Pineapple juice
2 scoops vanilla Ice-cream
3/4 oz Coconut rum
3/4 oz Dark rum
2 splashes Orange juice
3/4 oz Cream
2 Ice cubes
Mixing instructions:
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Creator/contributor's comments:
A typical pina colada with the addition of orange juice for a fresh taste variation.

Vanilla Ice Cream is a necessary! Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream or Fat Free Frozen Vanilla Yogurt also works extremely well.

TGIF Pina Colada or The Club Pina Colada
Vanilla Ice Cream
Ice
Kahlua
Bacardi

Half to three-quarters ice in blender. Add Pina Colada, Bacardi (optional) and Kahlua (optional). Blend until smooth. Add ice cream; blend until drinkable.

No additional liquor is needed, but I usually add a tall shot of Bacardi and a splash of Kahlua (Houlihan's did this). Everyone loves them. I wish I had the time and energy to combine all of ingredients from scratch!

You can also make a Chi Chi from scratch using the first posts ingredients (no OJ), but use vodka instead of rum; also delicious...
