I want to replicate a great night at one of my favorite steakhouses here in town. I am going to the recipe exchange forum next for the food but I need drink help too!

I love Cosmos - especially when they are done right. And my boyfriend loves Knockouts (pineapple martinis). Could any of you help me with drop-dead yummy recipes for those two drinks??

Thanks so much in advance!

RE: Cosmopolitans & knockouts!!!

Cosmopolitan -

4 parts vodka
2 parts triple sec
2 parts cranberry juice
1 part fresh lime juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into martini glass. Garnish lime slice.

Never had a knockout. If you have had it, you could probably figure it out. DH and I have experimented with different martinis we've had at martini bars with great success.

One other is called a Squirt:

1 part Three Olives Cherry Vodka
3 parts lemonade

Yummy:-,)
