I don't know a website, but here is one I make often. (sorry I can't give exact proportions, make it for personal preference)

Frozen Raspberries, blueberries and strawberries.
Lemon and lime juice
plain yogurt

Mix in a blender. It is so yummy!

RE: Smoothies - This one is Really Good!!

4 oz. Ocean Spray Cran-Mango or any other flavored
cranberry juice....
Half a bananna, sliced up....
2 fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced....
4 oz. vanilla flavored yogurt....
1/4-1/2 C. chopped ice....

Put all into blender. Blend thoroughly and serve....Approx. 190 calories
