frozen coffee for a crowd

Posted by dee1 (My Page) on

I'm making frozen coffee for my nephew's open house. I'm using a recipe that calls for "strong coffee". I'm going to use instant coffee granules and wonder what would constitue 'strong coffee'? Please help, I need to make this today.
Thanks everyone who replies.

Not sure what you mean by frozen coffee....like a slush? or solid like ice cubes? What are you going to do with it? will it be sweetened?
Some people call my usual coffee strong others do not...so it also depends on what your tastes are.
Why not post the recipe on the Cooking forum and ask there?

I love frappes. I got the Mr Coffee Frappe maker for my birthday. It brews the coffee and blends the ice too. But I always throw in a scoop of icecream.
Deel for a big party you probably should look for a coffee punch recipe - it might be easier for you.
