Right next door to City Lights book store and the bar where Alan Ginsburg and Jack Kerouac whiled away the hours writing poetry over whiskey and beer....

: ) gotta agree with Lafitte's in New ORleans- the only bar to actually get any money out of me last time I was down there.

don't know if the Khyber Pass is still open in Philly, but it used to be the ONLY place to get a brew that wasn't mass-produced.

and gotta plug the friday tastings at the brooklyn brewery plant in brooklyn... the only beer I've had two of in years.
