How long does Champagne keep? I have a bottle over three years old, is it still OK to drink?

It will depend on the Champagne. If it is a Vintage Champagne and a good year then it will probably still be great. The best way to find out if the wine is still good is to open it and taste it. Like most bottles of wine that are past there prime you will know immediately. It won't hurt you it just will not taste great.

If it's gone bad, you'll have some great vinegar...
