Start with enough fresh-ground coffee (the richer the better) to make four cups. 2. Brew the coffee using only two cups of water. 3. Mix the brewed coffee in a saucepan with an additional 1/4 cup water and three to four tablespoons of sugar or sweetener. 4. Bring the contents of the saucepan to a vigorous boil. Boil until reduced to about one cup of syrup, stirring occasionally. 5. Transfer syrup to a small jar and refrigerate. How to make a coffee milk in nine easy steps 1. I am not sure if this is the one, but Terri PacNW posted about this and I have made it countless times and everyone that has tried it (at the KT and IRL) love it!!! I just made a gallon of it for a family get together this past week-end and they all thought it was awesome! I just made a very simple "iced" coffee recipe to go with breakfast this morning...You could certainly pour it over ice in the blender and make a frozen coffee. 8-10 cups of strong fresh brewed coffee 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (low fat, fat free..whatever) Blend, chill..pour over ice...

I'm the only one who drinks frozen coffee also. What I did was made a pot. Then I froze them in a ice try. I use about 3-4 cubes with milk or vanilla ice cream, then blend in blender. I have been looking for recipes but haven't come across a great one yet. My suggestion is to make 1 cup of coffee however you make it add ice cubes, vanilla ice cream and thats it. Here are some recipes I have found: Cappuccino Smoothie Recipe 2 cups brewed double strength coffee 1 pint coffee ice cream 6 cups ice 1 1/2 cups milk whipped cream, if desired cinnamon for garnish Place coffee, ice cream, ice and milk in blender. Mix well until smooth. I love coffee! Hot coffee, iced coffee, coffee flavored desserts, cappuccino gelato. . . The list goes on and on and on . . . . .. You get the idea. Mornings I have one, sometimes two, cups of coffee with just powdered creamer, no sugar, no flavorings. (Much as I love coffee, I have never been able to drink it black.) I had been buying those bottles of Starbucks Frappuccinos in the grocery store, when one day a couple of years ago I realized I could make a reasonable facsimile a heck of a lot cheaper! And have a lot more favors. So now, on these hot, HOT afternoons, I enjoy my own version of iced coffee, no real recipe though. I fill my tall, insulated Yeti type tumbler with ice, add refrigerated coffee if I have it, room temperature if I don't, to within about an inch or so of the top of the ice. Add some cream, and some flavored liquid coffee creamer, stir, taste, and adjust amounts of whatever until it has the taste I want. I like a dark roast coffee, and I brew it pretty strong. My usual brand is either Dunkin Donuts' "Turbo" or their dark roast. I never thought about using sweetened condensed milk, may have to try that sometime. I like the iced coffee to be a just little sweet, with a only little bit of flavor. If I add enough of either to get it too the 'lightness' I want, it would be way too sweet or the flavor too overpowering, My current favorite flavors are caramel macchiato and amaretto. At one time, when I first started making my own, I probably had almost every flavor of liquid coffee creamer there is on hand. Now I usually keep two different flavors on hand. Oh, and I use the tall, slim, Yeti type tumbler because they don't sweat, and keep the iced drink iced for many hours. Or they would if the drink lasted that long. . . . . Rusty
