What's your favorite cordial?

Mine is Grand Marnier...on the rocks, with a slice of juicy lime.
The lime just cuts the 'sweet' of the GM enough for me.
Unfortuantely, they tend to go down much too quickly! Yikes!

:) does chambord count? it's certainly syrupy enough (:

otherwise, I grew up on amaretto, and grew in to a walnut liquer called Nocello.

cherry heering

limoncello from the freezer in a cordial glass

but also, grand ma; or frangelico - depending on how sweet I'm feeling... either served up in a snifter

then, there's always B52s (best in a martini glass, layered kahlua, baileys and grand marnier... but since it's a "mixed drink" I don't think it counts as a cordial)

I think I'll look for nocello....
