I make my bloody Marys 4 parts tomato juice to one part vodka. A good start is a quart of tomato juice, a cup of vodka, 1/4 cup Rose's lime juice, 2 tsps worchestershire and a generous dash of tobasco to each glass. Serve over ice with a celery stick stirrer... Makes about 8 drinks. And there are a lot of other ways to make a Bloody Mary...some use V8 juice....some add other things like garlic powder, oregano and celery salt....some add a can of beef broth to the tomato juice....some use lemon juice instead of lime and some people use fresh lime. Whatever floats your boat! Linda C |

| I like horseradish in mine. Also, plane trips gave me a taste for Mr. & Mrs. T's Bloody Mary Mix. I'm a big fan of Grey Goose, but I save that smooth (and pricey) taste for vodka martinis or vodka on the rocks. To me, it's wasted on Bloody Marys. Call me thrifty, Susan |

Oops--my mistake, too

| I thought "Murphy" was a typo. A Google search yielded the following, though I'm not sure it will help: BLOODY MURPHY (A POST-DUSK BLOODY MARY) pepper vodka, tomato juice, tabasco and lime |
