I have an older 24" oven, and I've done some research in the event we have to replace it. Most of the 24" models are European brands, and certainly most with convection are European. In your price range, Fagor and Bosch are probably your best bets. Someone on the Appliance forum has a Fagor 24" oven, and there are some posts about it there. Bosch, of course, is more widely available. Neither of those will have temperature probes; for that, you would probably need to step up about $1,000 over your budget to Miele.

Yes Bitter Blue is St. Augustine. If you are a native you know the deal, there's no cheap or easy way to go. As stated before, Bahia doesn't like the shade at all, I know because the lawn next to the woods here is almost gone - (we have Bahia.) I stopped being particular about a perfect lawn years ago, especially since when you mow it and it's green no-one can tell that you have weeds and 3 different kinds of grass. Life is too short and that's why we live in the country and not in a deed restricted place. I still think a landscaped area around the shade tree with pretty flowers and bushes is the best thing, then the rest in whatever grass you think you can afford to plant and maintain.

The initial application was spring seeding using Scott’s Starter to fill in some bare spots but going forward I will use Tenacity separately, so I wanted to make sure not to get fertilizer that also contains weed killer, is that the correct way to go?

If you don't need the extension capability, looks like Ikea also sells a very similar table for $749. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/moeckelby-table-oak-00293772/ Personally I like the way the Pottery Barn table extends and the look just a little bit more, but it's also twice the price of the World Market. Seems like the World Market is a good compromise at a good price. But I can't speak to the quality (never bought their furniture before).
