IâÂÂm off to Granger after being spoiled with this timer 20-30 years at least. I finally got some good results as turning off and the wound down stopping but not consistently. ItâÂÂs has been handy to charge (boatâÂÂs batt) for 2-3 hrs or use the compressor 2-3 hrs and have a backup toward getting them off (vs hearing the compressor come on later). I actually plug and unplug the items into the mounted receptacle with the timer using half of the 4 way electrical box. IâÂÂll add the radio on low as a reminder when I go up with the new timer. LOL. Moving On!

We have had the Austin regular-height tilt back chair and ottoman for about three months now and we absolutely love it. It is a smaller chair than the high back, but we also bought a recliner, and we didn't need two big chairs in the same room. The cushions are the standard fill. At first we thought the cushions a bit firm and full, but now that we have used it awhile it is very comfortable. We also were used to sitting on older furniture that now feels absolutely flat when we sit on it.

How does Thomasville's "Benjamin" sofa compare to the Handcock and Moore Sofa? Has anyone had any personal experience with how the "Benjamin" sofa holds up? I am looking at it in "double fudge" leather, which is a semi-aniline leather with a mottled finish. I am wondering how the leather will look in a few years. Currently, I am looking for a nice family room leather furniture set that is very comfortable. What kind of spring system does the Handcock and Moore sofa have? I have 8 way hand tied springs on my living room sofa, and they are very comfortable. Thomasville's sofa has a sinuous spring. Will it be comfortable and hold up well long term? Also, will the piping around edges on the top and the bottom of the cushions on the "Benjamin" sofa hold up long term and be comfortable? Is there a Hancock and Moore or other sofa that is similar to the "Benjamin" Sofa color and style wise? Thomasville's "Benjamin" sofa has piping around the seat cushions. I have heard that that wears through quickly? Is that correct even with a good quality leather? Does anyone know anything about "USA Leather" sofas that have individual pocketed coils in the seat cushions and have a down topper pocket sewn in the top of the cushion on the inside. I think that the pocketed coils sit more firm, which I don't like, generally like foam core cushions, but don't like the way the leather looks stretched out on foam cushions. Is there a way to prevent this in foam core cushions? Also, I would like to re-direct my current sofa to another room in our home. The leather is faded but not worn through. Is there a way to dye the leather back to it's original color again. It was not a very expensive sofa and was made by Leather Trends/Leather Mart. It did not have piping, and the edges have held up very well. It is just the color of the leather--fading issue that is the problem. The color is "picasso brandy," which is kind of a browned burgundy. Can anyone offer any suggestions on what I can do to make my sofa set look a little better color wise?

Just to be clear, the very tall Dornbracht with the spring on the neck is called a "Professional" faucet or a "Pre-rinse" faucet. Use those terms so that everyone can know what you are talking about. I've inserted the pic at the bottom of this post so people will know what we are talking about. The shorter faucet without any spring and that has a pull-down spray is simply called a "pull-down" faucet. I've used a few pre-rinse faucets, and they vary in ease of use. The spring on some of them makes them very stiff to pull on and to direct the spray (Blanco is one of those). Surprisingly, the one I found easiest to use, and with the most flexibility both literally and in the features it offered, was the inexpensive Chinese import Kraus #1602. If I had the height clearance that is the one I'd get for all of about $200 LOL. I know Dornbracht is a very high-end brand, and I think any faucet of theirs that you choose should be good. I would not redo any part of the kitchen just to fit in a pre-rinse faucet. I don't think it's worthwhile, just MHO.
