Who makes a good lip stain? I have a sweetie who doesn't like lipstick and my face requires it or I look all saucer eyes.

Lip ink. It stings but it lingers. You can buy it online but the color samples online are meaningless I found.

Max Factor's Lipfinity works really well. Make sure your lips are nice and moisturized before applying it though, otherwise it highlights the cracks in your skin. I really like it and stopped buying other lipsticks. It's a bit more expensive (usually around $9) but since you only apply it once a day it lasts a LONG time.

Is Lipfinity a lipstick or a tint? I'm looking for a tint. I bought Estee Lauder's lip tint but I don't really like the colors. I bought the Cherry but it's too pink. The others are either orange, purple, or really, really pink. I wanted a warm red.

Honestly, I don't know the difference between a lipstick and a tint. I guess it's a lipstick.
