I was diagnosed with this common and uncurable disorder in my 40's. I was put on metrogel for ages and that helped minimally but my face kept getting redder and redder despite sunscreen and avoiding triggers.

well I moved to the NW, found a new dermatologist and am getting new treatment which is AMAZING. I use finacea twice a day and five weeks ago I had one of two laser procedures with a vbeam laser and 80% of the broken blood vessels are gone. I am starting to look like myself again. Plus the laser smooths the surface where pores are enlarged and stimulates collagen growth around fine lines.

Lesson: if you don't get relief, get another skin doctor.

RE: rosaceae

My dermatologist precsribed me metrogel too.Although,I'm not sure I really had roseaca as much I had pimples. Either way,my face has been clear since I started using it a year ago.
