| Is there a good eyeliner pencil that is easy to put on. Seems that everyone I have bought does not go on easily. Someone told me there was something like an eyeliner ink pen, can't seem to find that. |

| I like Almay eyeliner, it is a cream stick, the consistancy of lipstick but in a thin stick. It goes on gently and easily, and then I powder over it to give it "staying" power. There are liquid eyeliners, but I don't have the patience to wait for them to dry. |
