Usually use the color medium ash blond by Clairol or something similar and I'm now a medium redhead which looks terrible. I made a BIG mistake - picked up the wrong package - my fault - does anyone know how long I should wait until I try again and go back to the ash blond??
Go to a salon that specializes in corrective color. Don't try to fix it on your own, and if you hate it now you will have to live with it a while before you can do anything. Go to a professional, you will be glad you did.
From what I understand, red usually fades rather quickly (especially from a box). I would give it a couple washings and see if maybe the red color becomes less drastic and grows on you a bit. It can't look that bad, can it? I love red hair.
You could use a toner to help get rid of that red, Ive done this before.Wait a couple weeks and go back to your old color.But if you want to be careful go see a specialist!Always better to be safe than sorry when it comes to hair color!LOL
