I finally took the plunge and did one of those keratin treatments and had to share. It's called Zelo. I got it off HSN a couple weeks ago, and it has done amazing things for my hair. I highlight my hair a lot and so it has gotten very dry, damaged, frizzy, PLUS I live in the south and it is always hot or humid here so I have wanted a keratin treatment for so long. But, it is SO dang expensive, until I found out there are treatments you can do at home!

Plus, Zelo has no formaldehyde, I even checked to make sure and their test papers are right up on their website zelocare.com. Made my hair shiny and no more frizzing up.

Any of you have a keratin treatment? How long did it last? I'm hoping this sticks with my hair for awhile, it's a dream, but it's only been a week. I'm wondering if there are any special shampoos I should use like when you color your hair. Any tips to making it last?
