Mark answered my request quickly but before I read it I Googled a bit and thought it was white powder mild dew. I also did not expect to get answer so quickly. At first I thought to apply spray milk added water as Erik advised before for fungus. Then the white hair are very long so I thought a bit powerful should be better so I used Bayer. Take a vitamin B complex everyday or brewers yeast. Increase your intake of protein found in meat, fish, liver, wheat germ, dried cooked beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs. Yea I gonna post few pictures when it bloom but it seems to takes a while, hopefully there's no alternative health issue coming up on the way lol

It looks like Gamochaeta calivceps or G. antillana. Since the heads aren't yet developed, it is difficult to choose between them. However, calviceps usually blooms Mar-May, and antillana typically flowers May-Jul. So if those are current photos, then antillana gets the nod.
