I just bought a Clinique eye liner as it was supposed to go on easily and not flake, but after a few uses it does "skid" and seems hard to apply and my "lines" do breakup after applying. What is a good eye liner to use?

I like Almay, it goes on like a soft crayon with a thin line that you can easily go over to widen the line or leave it thin. Use powder first and then to set it after applying, it won't break up.

I just bought one from As we change (it's a catalog) The liner is called "Velvet". I goes on very nice and I can finally get that thin line that I have wanted for YEARS!!!It wasn't expensive either
