| Before this year, I was always able to find drugstore liquid foundations (Max Factor, Revlon, Cover Girl) that I liked. This year, I started having trouble getting the foundation out of the bottle. Not only exasperating but also a waste of money to leave so much in the bottle. I'd add some water or moisturizer but still couldn't get it thinned out. Same problem with several different brands. Finally decided to use a popsicle stick to get several different bottles out into a small container so I could thoroughly stir in the moisturizer. Stirred some in - still thick. Added watter and stirred - still thick. Added quite a bit - still thick! There is definitely a different substance being used in these foundations. Do any of you know what it is? I will only buy foundation in a squeeze tube from now on. |
