Don't smoke or drink either. And there's no question that desert is a major food group! :)) I use Olivia Care Olive Oil Soap on my face and in the shower - love the Verbena scent and all those suds! In the winter I don't need moisturizer. I buy it at TJMaxx. For 20 years I've used a Buff Puff on my face. For facial moisturer Jergens Skin Firming Lotion. I've used several others that I really liked, and every time I ran out and went to buy more, they were discontinued or had added obnoxious fragrance. How exasperating! I don't like the strong fragrance in the heavier duty "regenerating" lotions. I find that smiling works best on the Howdy Doody lines - hate those things! Can't bring myself to lay out $20 for a tiny little jar so I guess this is it. Sherry

All the eye creams I've used have been light, and meant to be used all the time, as is facial moisturizer. Remember to apply lightly with your ring finger. For circles under the eyes, the most basic things are to get enough sleep, drink enough water, reduce stress, etc. Cucumber slices and cold tea bags are also rumored to help. I Googled "under eye lightener" and found a bunch of products that claim to do this. If you ever find one that works well, please post it. natal ~ I slather the almond oil all over my body, including my feet (extra slathering there LOL). My flare-ups have slowed down considerably, the last one being about 1 month ago. This was probably a contact dermatitis flare-up because DH and I were at a party and the majority of people were smoking. I could feel my throat starting to close and my eyes starting to sting. I left the party early (feigned a headache) and the next day I had a full-blown attack. I had to go to the doctor and she said it definitely was triggered by the cigarette smoke...gads!...I can't believe how many people still smoke! But that's a whole 'nother thread. Either way, I had to go on steroids, which cleared it up pretty quickly. Other than that one incident, I really can't remember the last time I had an outbreak. I do know that the evening I got home from the party I took a shower right away and slathered almond oil on my body and face, which seemed to soothe my skin tremendously. I am convinced the almond oil has really helped my skin condition immensely.

Thanks! Oakley -yay for Aquage! That brush looks amazing. Funkyart which style do you think runs wider? My feet feel much better. My left foot doesn’t hurt at all anymore when I have them on. The right foot still does but I suspect it will take awhile for that foot to settle down. I really need a pair of comfortable (standard work with almost anything black) boots/booties but don’t really like their styles. Theres one that’s ok but I wish the toebox was shaped a little different. Going to order more sandals. Im going to look into some of the other sandals mentioned here too. Thanks Eld. Yeon -The small bottle (they have a large size too) has a dropper and I just put a drop on the applicator and run it along the top. Another drop for the bottom and drop right at the beginning of the spooly brush to use on my brows. It sounds like a lot but I have over half a bottle still. I don’t recommend brushing the oil on the lashes with the spooly brush (mascara wand) because the oil is so thick it just beads up. It’s kind of gunky feeling but doesn’t irritate the eyes at all. I do it right before bed and sleep with it on. In the morning I just rub my eyes. It seems some of its absorbed in because there’s less. ETA - Thanks for suggestions about exercises.
