| After biting my nails for as long as I can remember I've quit, they are growing nicely, but I'm afraid of breakage. I've seen nail hardening products but I'm not sure which I should use any recomendations will help me greatly. |

| The best one I've found is Nailtiques. It's clear, comes in a little bottle in a box, runs about $10. You can also get some thinner to make it last longer. They have different formulas and I use #2 "Treatment for Soft, Peeling, Bitten, Weak or Thin Nails." You apply it every day, then you can apply less often once the nails are where you want them. I got mine at a beauty supply and also at Ulta. Good luck on those nails. Bet they are looking good already. |
