The Creasables option increases the auto-set water level one "notch" higher than would otherwise be used so the load has more room to float (no effect if a level is selected manually), adds a cooldown rinse before the first spin, and reduces the final spin to 300 RPM/low. There's a secondary option to raise the Creasables final spin to 670 RPM/medium, you might check if that has perhaps been done, and reduce it back to 300/low to see if that helps. The cooldown rinse doesn't really do anything significant unless you're using Warm, Warm/Hot, or Hot wash. Even Warm (coupled with EcoActive) isn't all that warm unless Traditional Wash is selected. Warmer wash temp helps relax fabric so it sheds wrinkles. Perm Press cycles back in the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s washed in Warm or even Hot water, then the pre-spin cooldown acted to prevent spinning while hot (which would possibly set wrinkles back into the fabric). Of course, wash temp depends on what the fabric can take, so as to avoid damage/shrinking. Intuitive should do a deep-fill agitated rinse by default unless you've programmed one of the Water Saver options. If so, change it back to an agitated rinse, see if that helps. Permanent Press on the dryer runs at Medium temp (approx 140F) ... and includes the Wrinkle Free option, which you can select yourself on any cycle. Perhaps try drying on Delicate (127F) instead. A lower temp can help reduce wrinkles by allowing more tumbling/flexing time and slower evaporation of moisture. Wrinkle Free of course doesn't do anything to the drying process itself, it only comes into play at end of the cycle if the clothes aren't immediately removed. I've found that purposely leaving a load to run for a couple hrs on the extended Wrinkle Free tumble can make for smoother/softer results.

Suggestions to try: Smaller loads, especially for permanent press or items treated with wrinkle-resisting resins; Move stuff immediately to the dryer; Dry on lower-heat setting; Remove clothes before bone dry; Remove clothes immediately at end of cycle, allow to hang and cool. Get a clothesline (sorry, I'm just big on clotheslines as a way to reduce wrinkling). The biggest thing is reducing the size of the load if the items getting wrinkled have any synthetic component or wrinkle-free treatment. Permanent press cycles usually do have slower spins speeds, and a cool down step at the end of the wash phase, so be sure you're choosing the right cycle for your stuff. I think the idea of reducing the spin speed so that the dryer has a longer chance to dry the clothes is truly a silly suggestion - but then I've gotten, and heard of, plenty of idiotic "explanations" for laundry issues/problems coming from Miele staff over the phone and at their showrooms, so I'm not surprised. I was once told by a telephone c/s person at the 800 number that their "machines couldn't be at fault because so many wealthy people buy them and put them in their expensive homes". ???????? There is also a small chance your detergent and water combination is not working well, but I'd try reducing the load size, first, then make sure you're using the correct cycle and water and drying temps, and only then consider reducing the spin speed below the presets. I should have taken a before picture but I didn't like the way I looked. The lines around my mouth were quite deep and the ones around my eyes were getting worse. I still have some on my upper lip but it looks much better than before I started using this. I did put on some L'Oreal Youth Code after the Neutrogena this morning but even without it there is a huge difference, it says you will see a difference in a week but I didn't expect it to make that much difference. One 20 year old girl said she didn't see any difference. Are you kidding me?! A 20 year old doesn't have any deep wrinkles. It doesn't smell nice but it's not bad. The Retinal makes it work and I've heard doctors say that going back to the serum that we used to use works much better. If it burns you should use it every other day. You can surprise your family and friends for the holidays if you start using this now I hope it works as well for you. .

Wrinkled leaves, wilty and leathery leaves usually occur on Phalaenopsis and Paphiopedilum orchids due to two problems: lack of hydration (for one of two reasons) or heat stress. Lack of hydration is probably the most usual culprit. Either the plant is not being watered enough, or the roots are rotted (usually from over watering) and the plant is not able to obtain water because the roots simply cannot carry the water to the plant. If your plant has aerial roots, look at their condition . Are they silver and wrinkled? If so, your problem may be under watering rather than over watering. While I don't like to recommend constantly unpotting your plants, if your plant is failing, it is often more prudent to check the condition of the roots rather than lose the plant. If you unpot the plant and find the roots hollow, the velamin slipping off , leaving behind a string-like part, then you have a case of root rot. Once your plant has gotten to the point of being limp, leathery, and wrinkled, reviving the plant is usually a long process and often unsuccessful. Over watering causes root rot and is the most common cause of orchid loss among new growers. Check your method of determining watering. Clean away the rot from the roots, dust (or dab) cut portions on the roots with cinnamon, Physan is also useful. Use rooting hormone on the plant and repot, being careful to keep the plant in reduced light, and increase humidity. Sphag and bag (or it's variants) is often successful in this case. Once the leaf is wrinkled, it rarely comes back to the glossy "hard" state it was before, but it can improve somewhat. The second cause of wilty leaves is often overheating. Touch the leaves, if they feel warm, then this is your problem. Lights may be too close to the plant, or in the summer, temperatures over 90 do not make for a happy Phal. Increasing humidity and air circulation can be helpful in preventing heat stress. Extreme cold can also cause wilty leaves, but the leaves are often mushy from freezing and usually have darkened in color.
