Is there any such thing as non-sticky lip gloss anymore?

I usually don't wear a lot of makeup, but I have recently been trying to update my makeup collection. I have lipstick, but it's not too shiny. Sometimes I would like something extra to shine up my lips or to go without the lipstick for a lighter feel but with color so that my lips aren't naked. Every lip gloss I look at is goopy and sticky. I loathe the sticky glosses because my hair seems to have a deep attraction to them. Is there anything out there to fit me? As a grad student, I need something reasonably priced.
Thank you for the help.

As long as I've used it, it is always sticky. A lip balm like Blistex or Chapstick aren't sticky. You can use Vaseline as an alternative, it isn't as sticky as colored lip glosses.
