As the topic says, I have a serious acme problem and i would love to get rid of it, therefore im searching for some proffesional help. And please, dont only give me stuff like, I tested this product, its great. Buy it. Iam looking for some in-depth information on how to cure Acme. I have generally, tried everything. changing bedsheets very often, showering more, cold/not warm enviourment, Giving the skin alot of "Nutrion" and vitamines, etc "letting it breathe" (just made things alot worse) and alot of other things.. Right now i need Pro help on what i REALLY need to do, Some notes about my current daily life:

No sleeping routine (heard it could be a cause)
Eating healthy
Doing exercises, Showering after etc, when im sweaty
I drink alot of water
Sleep alot
Rarely any sunlight contact (Heard that could be some kind of cause aswell since most say it would "dry/burn" the pimples out, Havent fully tried it..)

And some info about the stuff i have been using..

Nivea for Men Face cleansing : Double action Face Wash

Clearasil - Deep - Cleansing gel wash

Nivea for men Face Care Energy Cream Q10

Clearasil Instant cover stick (kinda like a makeup, supposed to both cover and help)

Clearasil - Spot - Controll 3 in 1 Exofliating Cream Cleanser

Loreael Paris Men expert, Pure&matt Deep cleansing-gle
Pore De-clogging Soft scrub micro-beads

And.. some After-shave water called Axe Shave..

Im wondering if this could be medicinal cause? Like something i got from my old family genes cause i have pimples on my back and stuff too.. Please give me some help/advices..

RE: Serious Acme problems

The word is acne, not acme..... I'm saying this because if you want to do a search on the subject , you need the right spelling.

Have you consulted a dermatologist, if not you should do it and they could suggest a line of products to tackle the problem; you seem to have been using a lot of random, unrelated products.

My son had a serious acne problem and took Accutane years ago, I don't know if this is still the only internal way of eradicating acne, it's strong stuff and has to be medically monitored but it works.

good luck and let us know what you come up with.

Yes, get to a dermatologist, who can prescribe medications. It is kind of like being a detective and trying everything to see what will work. Don't give up; keep going to the doctor. If all else fails, talk to your doctor about accutane. My daughter finally used it, and it did a great job on clearing her skin all over and making her hair less oily too.
