| I posted a previous message about my experience with Bare Minerals. What I forgot to mention is that I am woman of color and cannot use many of the products on the market since they don't include shades of brown. Does anyone know of a good foundation, preferably powder or cream-to-powder that will provide at least moderate coverage and is suitable for sensitive skin?
Thanks,

I can't recommend a powder, but Bobbie Brown has a nice stick foundation that I can recommend. You could call it a "cream" I guess. I think you could try it at a Sephora or a department store (Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, etc.). Good luck.

Thanks, Great Lakes, I'll look into that.

If you liked using mineral make up a brand called Monave is geared for women of color. Monave is less expensive by far than Bare Minerals too. You can buy samples to assure the correct colors.
Here is a link that might be useful: Monave

Lancombe makes their Dual Finish in a couple of darker colors. It is a powder that you wet with a sponge and apply. It then dries to a smooth velvety finish and is great for those who have a problem with oily skin.
