eyelash/brow dye/tint- in the US

I used to get my eyelashes/brows dyed with a safe vegetable dye several years ago. I don't remember the brand-name. Is it still available in the US? I see several brands sold in the UK- I don't know if it is only sold there because it is not considered safe in the US.
What does anyone use?
I have seen 'Fortune' brand- I think it uses a 3% peroxide gel for developer. Is this safe? I really mis my thick/dark lashes/brows!!
