hydroderm wrinkle reducer, Maybelline mascara

cannot seem to find any posts here on the hydroderm collagen wrinkle reducer, any advice/experience here?

Also, have used Maybelline Great Lash waterproof mascara forever(it seems) and always loved it. As of late, ( last 2 years or so) have experienced much clumping with this product.

Opinions, suggestions appreciated !

I switched to Max Factor 2000 calorie mascara. It comes in regular and waterproof.

I've tried virtually every mascara ever made, and finally settled on Great Lash. Then two years ago I discovered Maybelline's Lash Discovery. Very easy to apply and no clumping! If I were marooned on a desert island and could only have two cosmetics, the first would be lipstick and the second, L.D.!

Of course, the first thing I'd want is a mirror, for signalling : )

I wish that Savlon was available in the US. I guess I could buy it off of Amazon. This is a great thread, it's so old though, probably most of the products suggested have been discontinued...HA! My best beauty SECRET is something I just heard about a few months ago and have been doing it ever since. While watching an older (62) youtuber (what exactly do you call these people?) she was speaking of beauty tricks and she told us that years ago, she heard a plastic surgeon say that if women would do this exercise daily, they would never need a face lift. So of course I started do this since I'm in my fifties now. What you do is make a face as if you are smiling as big as you can possibly smile, teeth together but lips apart, you tighten your neck and raise your eyebrows. Do this for 15 seconds, release and do again 10 times a day. Since I have been doing this exercise, I have noticed a remarkable change in my saggy jawline. I have also noticed that my eye lids aren't as saggy either. I will continue to do this forever! I'm sold!

Oh Aunt Jen.............you are definitely NOT as zig-zaggy fast as that wand! You are blond and cute, but not ziggy fast. I know. It hurts to hear, doesn't it? Check out the youtube video. No, it's not me. But I should do youtube videos, huh? Well, heading into day II of the MAC foundation. DD loved it on me. My 29 yr old (too cute for words) boss loved it on me. But again...........need my dead flat look. Going to try again and see what I think. And I have another review. I bought the Maybelline Color Sensations lipstick in Coffee Craze yesterday. The color is so close to the MAC verve I just got. (Can you tell I was excited about the MAC counter???? Been in Macy's 1200 times, but never ventured over to MAC till this week. Favorite part? No perfume smell at MAC.) Anyway, the color was good, but the smell...........! Whoa. Color Sensations smells like old paint. And the MAC smells like chocolate vanilla. Double the $$ but I do love this lipstick. Red and oh my goodness......while searching for a short little youtube video on the ziggynes of PP for Jen, I found someone reviewing it, who was worried about inserting the battery in the tube...........wow. wow. Well, I guess I don't get to guess anyone's age since it has all been revealed. Allison - WOW! I so want the name of your surgeon since Im in TN, so could easily make a trip to AL. I won't say there's anything I'm so emotionally attached to that would constitute "love" be there are several things I like. Deodorant is Mitchum Unscented antiperspirant. Lately, I've had such dry skin on my legs that things won't heal, it itches, I scratch and cycle repeats. The doctor nagged me at the last physical to use some lotion. Well, I hate stinky lotions. I've used the Neutrogena Hand Cream for years and it's not so offensive. A friend used it for years and I tried it decades ago and liked it but didn't have a lot of need for it. It's kind of spendy and you can't empty the tube but I'll pay for quality. I tried one I saw on Youtube, a coconut cream from Dollar Tree and it seems to soak in more quickly than Neutrogena. It's real thin and it has a "coconut" smell that isn't too offensive. Found a "Diabetics Lotion" at Dollar Tree too that I decided to try. It's like a thick toothpaste in texture, maybe thicker, but it's unscented, which does not mean there's no smell at all but there isn't the perfumey stench that most have and it works fairly well. They quit making the White Rain shampoo I liked. One of the few that really worked well but it's gone. Found something similar in Pantene and that's now discontinued. So I use whatever is cheap now. I just found a Gillette body wash that I really like. Smells, but not too offensive, cleans well and rinses well and for me, clean and quick rinsing is very important since I can't stand around waiting forever to rinse off like I could in the past. I too have tried the turmeric curcumin and anecdotally, I'm going to keep using it. I use MoveFree Ultra (one tiny pill instead of 2-3 horse pills for normal glucosamine/chondroitin/msm) and I've been taking ginger root for joint pain too and again, nothing clinical but seems to make a difference. I've been taking cranberry supplements and drink cranberry juice regularly. There's quite a difference there and a multi-vitamin, calcium and when I'm not feeling well I add some vitamin C. I really liked Crest Lemon Ice toothpaste. I actually noticed myself brushing longer with it. I liked the flavor. Discontinued. So I went to the Crest Citrus. Discontinued. Why do people insist on mint for everything? They even discontinued the Equate Citrus mouthwash so now it's pay over twice as much for Listerine or go to mint. For quite a while I switched to the foaming hand soap. I'd either buy the $1 bottles or get a refill and fill the empties. But I came across a lemon scented liquid soap that isn't offensive. Actually smells good. Found a Berry scent at Dollar Tree that also isn't offensive so now I mix them up a bit between the liquid and foam. And for the price, it rivals bar soap cost without the mess.

I'm back, the Maybelline Lash Discovery is nice. I hope it stays nice after several uses. I'm not sure if I like it better than 2000 Calorie though. I love the tiny brush. So even if I stay with 2000 Calorie, I'll probably use this brush with it.

I also have been using the Lash Discovery brush with Mabelline Great Lash. I will give 2000 Cal a try with my LD brush.

I thought I was probably an oddball for wanting to try that. 2000 doesn't clump until the tube has been used for three months and that's my cue that it's time to get a new one. I like the way it thickens and extends and still looks quite natural.
I think I'll get some Great Lash and see how it compares to 2000 Calorie. I have to have my mascara, that and blush are the only make up I use.
