| I know the answer will be a little different for different people, but in general, how many pounds do you lose before you go down a dress size? |

| I lost 60+ lbs. I went down a dress size about every 10 lbs. lost. I went from 196 lbs. and size 24 to currently 133 lbs. and size 14 petite. I'm very happy with that. Best of luck to you on your weight-loss journey. :) |
