Red Hands and Feet

| I always have red hands and feet. I'm female, 46 and going through perimenopause. I asked the doctor and he said I don't have poor circulation. I'm a bit self conscious about this. I wonder if it's related to the red blotches on my cheeks and nose. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, has anything alleviated this problem?

| How red are they, do you mean like a flush and a pinkish tone. I have white transparent skin so my skin has all kinds of variations of tone; I hate it but have learned to live with it. |
