Red Hands and Feet

I always have red hands and feet. I'm female, 46 and going through perimenopause. I asked the doctor and he said I don't have poor circulation. I'm a bit self conscious about this. I wonder if it's related to the red blotches on my cheeks and nose. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, has anything alleviated this problem?

How red are they, do you mean like a flush and a pinkish tone. I have white transparent skin so my skin has all kinds of variations of tone; I hate it but have learned to live with it.

For a true blue-red bloom, go for Bishop of Llandaff dahlias. They have the added bonus of purple foliage. Other reds: burgundy gaillardia burgundy coreopsis there are loads of good red daylilies. Charles Johnston is a very good one. red asclepias red hibiscus moscheutos (may be too tall) red dwarf crepe myrtle (rosy red) Heights vary.
