Looking for a certain mascara

Hello, does anyone remember the name of the Revlon mascara that came in an iridescent package and was lightweight and semi-sheer?

I absolutely loved the brown, it felt wonderful on my lashes and did not irritate my eyes. The mascara was thinner than most and had a little shimmer, but it was not really noticable when applied.

This was available in the early 2000's until I don't know when. For the life of me I can not recall the name, only that silver package.

Anyone have a better memory than me?

Product packaging and formulas change so fast; it's almost impossible to track down favorites. I did find discontinued Essie nail polish colors on a beauty product site called Elite, I think.

Was it High Dimension mascara?

Yes, Mona! It was High Dimension mascara! Thank-you so much for remembering. A quick websearch shows that I can get the black but the brown is nowhere to be found. Perhaps it was discontinued.

You know, I was thinking about how these cosmetic companies spend so much developing new formulas and trying to convince us that this is the product for us, only to pull it from the shelves not long after.

Mascara seems to be the worst offender with this "game." I can see why new colors in lipsticks and eyeshadows are coming out all the time, in order to change with the seasons and popular fashion colors of the year. But to take away a mascara, which does not change through the years? Strange.

So I am looking to either purchase some of the High Dimensions black mascara or perhaps try other lightweight brands. I will be looking for a company that does not play headgames with us.
