I wanted to thank all for their comments and offer a few experiences with this setup. I've been inflating the structure now for a few weeks with a small double squirrelcage fan that alligns to both inlets almost perfectly. What I notice with the inflation on both sides of the bubblewrap is that there is considerable balooning between arches and hardly any noticable gap over the arches. So the air spaces range from almost nothing to ~4". I have no idea of the R value but when I compare the heat retention of this structure to my others, a double poly and a single poly, this one really holds the heat superbly over nights. Installing the three film layers was difficult with the wire-lock channels. I really had to apply pressure as I inserted the wiggle wires (one set) especially over the seam of the MagniClear Pool Cover(bubblewrap). Earlier this spring I installed a double 6 mil poly layer over another structure but I first wire locked films over the peak to point of rollup sides. Then wirelocked the double rollup aprons on top of that. My point is that 4 sheets if 6 mil film held in with two wires in the same channel is much easier to install than the two 6 mil films and bubbblewrap with a single wire. Regardless, both methods are doable for those interested. As far as light transmission I haven't noticed any real difference. We've been bringing plants into this benchtop greenhouse almost daily and hardening plants with the intense sunlight has been typical of experiences with just double poly film covering. Most often we have been setting flats under benches in shaded areas until they adjust.

I'm going to chime in here. I don't read fashion magazines either. For one reason, I don't think they are indicative of what is in style at our "tier", if that's what you want to call it. Perhaps it has to do with where you live also. For instance, I won't say that nude hose are outdated. Yes, in years past I have seen alot of black hose (which is what I try to wear if I absolutely MUST wear hose), tights (which you can't wear with every type dress), and my favorite - pants. LOL!! I still see alot of nude hose on ladies in this area - ladies who are fashionably dressed. I also think we've heard so much about Katherine and Pippa and their nude hose, that we will see more of them. What's in-style or current, etc. in NYC is not what is the look here in Tennessee. I have to say re jeans, I see many more women here wearing the slightly flared leg than the skinny jeans. You may remember that I work at a college, and I do see girls there in the skinnies. The skinnies that are tight enough to look like leggings LOL. IMO, that is who they look best on, the younger girls. I don't think at my age (staring 50 in the face!), that skinnies are the look for me. Another trend - we talked about maxi dresses earlier on this forum, well after that conversation, I started looking more closely at what people were wearing. Again, I saw many more under 30 gals with the maxi dresses. Most were younger than that. They were popular with the college set. I really think they are cute, but I am too short to carry that look off, plus I don't think I could stand all that fabric around my legs. Things like that bug me. Age wise - I'm not so sure. I want to have an updated, current look but I really prefer to have my own style and don't worry about having/wearing what everyone else is wearing or what someone says is the style. Some trends, I like and are favorable on me, some I don't and they're not LOL. I like classic seperates that continue to look current through the years, and update them with trendy jackets, sweaters, accessories, etc. That's just me. While I don't read fasion mags, I will admit to being slightly adicted to home deco mags. LOL Recently downloaded two trial subscriptions to my nook. It IS cheaper!! HI Sapphire, I did not look at the Speed Queen Frontloader. I am no expert on the differences between the Wave-Touch and the IQ-Touch. Electrolux has one Wave (the 70) and three IQ (models 50, 55, 60). You can see differences on their website by clicking on the four machines in white, and comparing them. I believe that you can also see the manuals for each by clicking on the individual model. The list price increases by $100 for each of the IQ models and then by $150 for the Wave. These links (from people much more astute than I am) each offer something different to consider, and are helpful; most are from GW Laundry Forum. I HIGHLY recommend the F&P washer. I have had mine for six years with not a problem. I had never heard of this brand and did not do careful shopping. The appliance saleslady had one and was sold on them (hers is still going strong- older than mine). I had intended on getting a FL as that was the new hot thing at the time....Bosch in particular. This is why I love my F&P: I never have any mildew smells of mold problems ( lid up or down). My wash smells CLEAN. I can soak really soiled clothes for as long as I want. Really extracts the water during the spin cycle and then requires very short dryer cycle. Variety of cycles that really work. Can choose between eco cycles and traditional wash. Very versatile Takes a large load. I came close to making a big mistake and buying a FL. For me that would not have worked. I don't want the door hanging open all the time when I walk into the room. I don't want any chance of MILDEW in the washer. Detergent is not a problem with this washer. Definite energy saver!
