Comments (10)Thanks Debra!! It is one of my favorite Reds. Julia, the story on the unknown orange is I had purchased Diamonds and Pearls late one year and the next spring I recvd a very nice letter from the daylily farm apologizing for sending me the wrong daylily. They refunded the purchase of Diamonds and Pearls and said to keep and enjoy the flower I received. Still it is not what they thought. So it is just a beautiful blessing each time it blooms!...See MoreHeuchera photos for consideration for new forum

Comments (1)Pippi, "I really would like to try to growing "under lights" but have to figure out where I could have my set up. The garage is too cold and I'm sure my husband won't allow it in the house..." There are some light stands that look marginally good enough to be in an indoor living area. This 3-Tier Light Stand looks fairly good. A homemade plant stand can cost less than a ready-made one. Some people make light stands out of PVC pipe. There are many models based on metal tubing, but they all look a little "industrial" to me, although I shouldn't talk, because my homemade plant stands based on commercial chrome wire shelves aren't exactly "home furniture grade" either. However, it would be possible to design and make a plant stand with a fine furniture look that could look good in almost any indoor living area. Perhaps your husband has ideas how that might be done. Comments (1)Welcome to Gardenweb! I don't know why this forum is so slow this year. It used to be busier. The Trees Forum, where I hang out most of the time, is still hopping with activity, but this forum has slowed way down. As for transplanting Asclepias incarnata, I think you'll find that it's much easier than transplanting A tuberosa. It does need lots of sun, so maybe that's why yours is not doing as well. A incarnata is naturally more tall and lanky than tuberosa, so you shouldn't expect it to have similar form. It should flower though. Cimicifuga 'Hillside Black Beauty' is a really pretty plant, but do realize that it's patented. Growing unauthorized divisions would be illegal. If someone had it and no longer wanted it, they could turn over the entire plant to you, but they legally couldn't give you a division while continuing to grow the original plant. The legal issue of this plant may be like running a stopsign in the middle of the desert, where you can see that there are no cars in the surrounding miles, but I thought you still might want to know. Hope to see you at the swap. The fall swaps are typically a little smaller than the spring swaps, but we should have around 20 or so if things go as normal. We always have PLENTY of plants in need of a good home!...See Morecoolmama
