Thank you ladies. Good advice Rose. Tonight I will go back to my retinol (sorry I thought it was a form of Retin-A). I'll use the HA with that and then the Vitamin C with regular moisturizer in the morning. Although of course you can't see improvement in a day, I did like how my make-up looked this morning. Rose, I do use sunscreen. I know retin-A/retinol products do make your skin more sensitive to the sun, but I use sunscreen regardless. Sorry Terry, I had those confused. I have used a Retin-A product through a medi-spa (associated with my dermatologist). I didn't actually have a prescription, but it is sold only through dermatologists, etc. It was too strong for my skin, which is why I went with ROC. I started with the ROC for sensitive skin but now use the regular. I've been using it for a while, so I'm only adding the HA and Vitamin C. Thanks! I can't remember who it was that seemed experienced (and recommended) these products! tina

I have a less expensive version of the Sonic. I love it! It cleans and lightly exfoliates your skin. I bought it after listening to my DD rave about hers, (she has the sonic) and after hearing Dr. Oz recommend them. Bought my first one at Walmart, then my second one from my skin care rep. I would recommend that you get a less expensive version first, if you want to test the waters before committing to the Sonic.

Lascatx and kswl, I found Beautypedia after posting here the other day. It's owned by Paula Begoun, The Cosmetics Cop (Don't Go to the Cosmetics Counter Without Me The Original Beauty Bible). Philosophy and Hope in a Jar are not rated very high there on average, but if they are working for you then that's great. Roc, DD1 just looked over my shoulder and said she used to use a few Epicuren products, but prefers SkinCeuticals. She just started using a sample of SkinCeuticals Resveratrol B E - expensive, but loves it. I borrowed, used once and it was nice. I have been using (don't laugh) varies systems of Principal Secret since 1997. Every time she creates a new system I try and end up moving on to it. Currently using the Reclaim Botanical and discovered some eye serum and something for fine lines starting over my upper lip (need to stop kissing those grandbabies so much!). I'm going to use these and see if there is an improvement. If not, I will try something else. Anyway, the PS must be working because everyone always says what great skin I have, even at the dermatologist office. I've started doing a series of three 5% glycolic peels once a year (each 2-3 weeks apart) and I can really see the difference in my skin afterwards. DD1 got samples of m-61 Power Glow Peels from BlueMercury and said they have helped her skin. There is just so much out there, like said above, it gets confusing. And it's not inexpensive to try new things. What works for some, doesn't work for all and it can get frustrating. fyi, DD1 found the list of authorized SkinCeauticals websites, and the one I asked about in my original post is a no.
