I think that sinks and faucets in particular, and to a certain extent even towel bars and other accessories are either more round or more angular. I'd say look at some of your other fixture choices and see which one they seem more like to you, then consider repeating that to gain continuity throughout the room. For instance, we're going with the Kohler Margaux faucet and the Kohler Archer sink. I look at both of these as being more rectangular than round, so we're going with a rectangular mirror. Does that make since to you? Perhaps you could cut out pieces of paper in the sizes and shapes of the mirrors you're considering and hang them up as they would be in your bathroom and see if one feels better than the other.

As I've gotten farther into post-menopause, I have more & more cellulite, so I've searched for a solution... first I tried losing weight, but the dimples on my tummy & thighs & behind just showed up more... cardio exercise didn't make much difference either... now I've added strength training, because of what I read in this article from Yahoo! Health: Cottage-cheese thighs can affect even the fittest athletes, and though exercise can't prevent cellulite, it can help reduce the appearance of those tell-tale dimples. Cellulite is fat, so calorie-blasting activities and the right nutrition can make your skin look smoother. Likewise, weight gain can make cellulite worse. "Women lose about five pounds of muscle per decade, and they lose most of it where they don't use their muscles: where they sit. When they lose that muscle in their hips and thighs, the overlying layer of fat doesn't have much of a foundation, so it starts to get pockmarked," explains Wayne Westcott, Ph.D., author of No More Cellulite. "Strength training can play a major role to tone that muscle and get the firm foundation back." Westcott recommends moves that target your hips, quads, and hamstrings, but says not to ignore your other muscles. Expanding on what others have said, the estrogen creams and gels for skin, as opposed to vaginal, use are prescription forms, made up by a compounding pharmacist to a prescription written by your own doctor (the pharmacist can help him with that if he is unfamiliar with how to write this kind of prescription). There are compounding pharmacists in Canada and they can make up these forms of HRT, but they are somewhat harder to locate (less common) than in the US. The main difference between using a topical cream/gel and using a patch is that the patch gives a steady release over the life of the patch (more or less) where the topicals give more of a curved effect, peaking after the dose and then dropping off till the next dose. Whether or not that makes a difference to any particular woman seems to be an individual thing: some dose with topicals once or twice a day and do fine; others have to go to multiple doses to avoid too much variation in hormone levels. The vehicle (there are a number of different cream bases, not to mention the gel) and where you put it (fatty tissue versus not) also affect the length and shape of the absorption/circulation curve. So, as with everything else menopausal, there's a lot of personal variation and you may have to experiment some to find the best one for your own body. There are, as Leigh notes, no effective over the counter variations on estrogen creams and gels.

Hello everyone! Thanks for all your help. My paint work was finished today. Here is how it turned out! I'm very pleased. Looks just like a cake. Colors: Body was BM Ivory Tusk - just the hint of cream I was hoping for. windows and trim are BM Desert Rose, and corbels are BM Chocolate Candy Brown. I also painted the little round vents a terracotta color which I really love the look of. I didn't intend to go with all Benjamin Moore colors but with all the sample cans I tore through, they were the only store that was open late enough for me to go repeatedly after work! Next up, fixing my landscape...
