Not only can one get a severe reaction to the hair dye if it touches your skin when using it, it seems that tattoo artists are using black hair dye and calling it "black henna". Pretty scary.

Now,ask me about blonde hair dyes that have more peroxide and ammonia in them! They would make my skin itch and irratate the crap out of me.

Werid about the tattoo thing.But I doubt most reputable places do that.I think it would be illegal.
